Tribute to Kenton / Cheryll Messam (Colleague)
Our Civil War which sparked in Western Kingston and Kenton's death happened almost simultaneously. Personally it was learning of Kenton's passing which became more overwhelming of the two events.
Kenton holds the distinction of being among the very few persons at work who consistently provides excellent customer service to internal customers. When you call to make a request for audio-visual support you can rely on the ...fact...that your call will be received in a welcoming way and that Kenton will ensure that the service is delivered as discussed.
Kenton struck me as a man that was himself. Happily that self was pleasant accessible and professional. Kenton was a man I was happy to "hail up" even at a distance. A well needed momentary joy and uplifting encounter at work
Kenton's passing is a loss to the force of "goodwill" desperately needed at work in Jamaica and in our world.
I hope to see him again at The Ressurection.
